1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SEO Report Tool and website operated by Thommacc Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

The SEO Report Tool analyzes websites and generates SEO audit reports. We offer a free preview tier and paid report tiers. Reports are generated automatically and include scores, findings, and AI-powered recommendations.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Payments & refunds

  • Paid reports are one-time purchases processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) inclusive of applicable VAT.
  • Reports are delivered digitally. Under EU consumer rights (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once report generation has started with your express consent.
  • If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side, you are entitled to a full refund or a re-run at no extra cost. Contact us at hello@thommacclabs.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze.
  • Resell reports without written permission from Thommacc Labs.

6. Report accuracy

Reports are generated using automated analysis and AI-powered recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, reports are provided “as is” and should not be considered professional SEO consultancy. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code of the SEO Report Tool are owned by Thommacc Labs. Your generated reports are yours to use, share, and reference for your own business purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Thommacc Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
